I spent my career in apparel before real estate. Sales, marketing and brand development at Ralph Lauren, then president of Nautica, and work with Tom Ford. That work was about reading what a brand actually stands for and presenting it honestly, which turns out to be most of what selling a house well requires.

I live and work in Northern Westchester and I am licensed in both New York and Connecticut, so a search that starts in Bedford and ends in New Canaan does not have to change hands. Equestrian property is a particular interest, and this site exists because those transactions turn on details that a general real estate site is not built to cover.

I do not use listing-sheet language and I will tell you when a property is wrong for you. If that is the way you would rather do this, we will get along.
